i can't seem to get my remote to change the channels in the media center setup and as a result i can't finish the setup and so i can't watch channels because i can't setup what to watch. i can get some channels hooking the cable line directly up to my tv tuner, but it won't use the remote correctly when going through the hd box and getting the rest of the channels. still haven't found the local hd channels either since i can't get it to finish the channel setup.

please help.
