What can microsoft give me instead of photo printing wizard

Hello,Before my PC crashed I had aprogram? that aloowed me to resize in millimetres a scanned image before printing. Now when trying to print a scanned image, I am sent to the photo Printing Wizard that has only fixed sizes. Does anyone know what the program is, please?

Where are you coming up with your replies? Not only is 7 8 YEARS OLD now, any Photoshop program is way overkill for resizing images. If someone asked you for something to hold change would you recommend a $500 Gucci purse?

The scanner usually comes with software to work with images, also Ifranvew or any number of a dozen good image manipulation programs that are free.

Google Picassa is also a great program I use all the time for image viewing and printing, but it's more or a all-in one program for organizing pictures.
