2.5 HDD problem!

may this the first time I write to toms hardware ,but guys I have a really big problem ,I have a hard disk laptop disk ,it gets damage and now I can't do anything to it , the windows can recognize it ,but I can't format it I can't make even a new partition ,and new I do so it give me this msg( "O/I error ")

plz can any one help me???
