Download win 7 and make a dvd

I bought Win 7 on line and want to download and save to dvd or cd, as I dont want to wait on the disc via mail, any help how?

you can download a legal copy from

rt7win customise website

you will need your win7 activation key as normal

you have 30 days to activate or it becomes unuseable

download and install then activate when you recive key

I bought it alread student Id stuff, I want to make a iso and dvd, just wanting to know how. anyone please

Just put all the files onto a dvd like any other data dvd. No need to make an iso. Windows doesn't actually run an iso, an iso is a cd image; an archive of the data on the cd, essentially a file to make a direct copy of a cd. If you were to copy the dvd you have the option of making it into a iso.

Just putting the files onto a disk will not make it bootable.

Edit. Never mind that. Had tread open too long and its been solved......

All i did was copy the files on a dvd and it worked. I've also done it with a flash drive and portable hdd.

Digitalriver is where I got my student copy.

thats lucky, usually if it is not burned from an bootable ISO it will not boot.
