Hi all,

I upgraded my CPU to a AMD x2 6000+ 3.1 from a X2 4200 2.0. My system would not recognize the CPU so I did a bio upgrade as well. the system now recognizes the CPU but is running slow. My mother board is a gigabyte GA-M57-sli4 version 1. I am now running bios version f14 upgraded from version f5. One last thing, after flashing the bios I reset my cmos to systems defaults thinking that might help.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

try "Load Optimized Defaults" - see if it speeds up...

Otherwise, you'll need to post a number of your settings
