Hey I was wondering if this ram would be good for this motherboard

OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Reason why I ask is because it says.. Memory Standard DDR2 1200

That's just the maximum speed it supports. You will only be running your RAM at DDR2-800 or slower, so that MB is fine.
