I have an E8400 , 2 8800 GTS 512 and 4GB of ram. I want to Oc my E8400 to 3600 MHZ only. I HAVE to chose between this and the Asus P5N-D. Considering that the P5N-D is only a 650i chip with a nf200 chip aded for PCI 2.0 support wich is better??

Wrong,ASUS P5ND has 750i SLI chipset and is newer than P5N32-E SLI PLUS.
