Probems with OE

When I send an email that contains photos such as a downloaded web page and I send it...the message is received..but none of the photos..just some type of emblem where the pic should be...this is an aggravating issue and I can't resolve it and need help

The XP has the windows picture and fax viewer built in, it must be something wrong with it. Tell him/her to right click on that -> openn and select the windows picture and fax viewer to see it. If it works, should do that again with some other one and select "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file"
