Air cooling is fine. You don't need water, even on high oc.

Get more than 2gb of ram, or you system will start to use page off hdd, and lag itself down horribly. Vista takes up 1+ gb of ram, while games like Crysis and Supreme Commander hogs 2+gb after a while of gameplay. 4gb of ddr2 800mhz is around $40.

Everything else looks good.

The build looks good.

Agreed about the coolers - check out the Xigmatek - it gets good reviews.

The Antec 900 is great, but will probably be a bit tight - you can check out the Antec 1200 (only $150 at microcenter) - basically upgraded and improved 900.

very similar to what i built, same mobo, ram, opticle drive and vid cards. i went with the Corsair 750w power supply, Coolermaster 690 case, 640 gb sata drive and a Q6600 and i'm happy as can be. the machine kicks ass.
the xigmatek cooler works real nicely, get the retention bracket and keep in mind the bracket goes on the BACK of the mobo!i found that out after i put everything in!
