I need a REALLY QUIET PSU for my system:

Core i7 920
Radeon 4890
6GB RAM
1TB HDD
ASUS P6T Motherboard

Right now I have a 650 watt Corsair 650TX which I need to replace because it's defective and/or not enough power. It's not loud, but I would like the new PSU to be much more quiet than this (fanless if possible..couldn't find the dba on the corsair 650tx).

A 700 watt or above is needed, modular would be a huge plus. What would you guys recommend? Not looking to spend too much...around $150. Thanks.

You would only need 650W-750W if you were planning to Crossfire another 4890; in your current configuration, a quality 500W PSU is all that is needed. I don't know that there is a fanless PSU (of either size) for less than $150. The ones I do know about are smaller (450W Nightjar, Zalman ?).
An Antec TruePower New might fit the bill. They are semi-modular (a few always-needed cables are fixed), fairly quiet, and have been judged favorably in competent technical reviews. The 650W model is $120, and the 750W model is $140.

I would need at least a 620 because I might overclock in the future and it's good to have a little more power.

Does anyone know how much dba the Corsair 650TX and the Corsair 620HX are? Here are 2 i'm trying to compare at the moment (don't forget that it needs to be super quiet):

What would you say or add? I had an Antec 500 watt come with my case but I would need the 650..not sure about the dba on that. Thanks.

I also noticed that the Antecs as you mentioned above...some come with an 80mm fan which is small than a 120mm. Would those be even more quiet? The more quiet the better. :)
