what is the best 24 inch lcd monitor for gaming? I want to spend 900 or less. do all lcd monitors have input lag ?

If I was even to consider $900 bucks.. heh, I'd go for:

SCEPTRE 46" 16:9 6ms 1080p LCD HDTV X46BV-1080p

For a couple extra hundred bucks.

But still, if your going to spend up to $900, I'd be looking at 28" LCD monitors like:

Hanns·G HG-281DPB Black 28" 3ms Widescreen LCD HDMI Monitor 500 cd/m2 800:1 Built in Speakers

Then Yes.

I would look at one of the Samsung LCD monitors.
Nothing beats a well made CRT for games.

Hazro is not sold in the US.

The fastest one in the chart that is sold in the US is the Samsung 245B which uses a TN panel. Probably about $500 - $550.

I had the DELL 2408 in my cart ready to check out recently. I went back and check the waranty on the refurbished units offerd at Dell for $489. 90 days. Not for me. New at Dell they are $619.
