hai there, i have problem how can i push cpu to 3GHZ.

my computer :
1. intel Q 8200.
2. mainboard MSI PLATINUM 750I.
3. RAM HYPER X 800 MZ overclock to 900 MZ.
4.GPU GEFORCE 250 GTS 1G.
5.PSU COOLER MASTER 1000W Real Power.

can u give me the tips how to overclock and can my GPU overclock with 900mz rather than standard 740.
