Acer laptop coumperter doesnt do anything

Hello,i think it got a virus so now windows wont even come up so what do i do know

first off, make a little more sense and be more descriptive. then, let us know what happens if you press f8 during startup. and does it even show anything at all when you start up, the acer logo?
