i was wondering can someone help me overclock my system? or i cant with a on-board GFX Card... i want to get at least 3.0...i dont know how to disable my Speed Step so therefore i cant change my Multiplier.. i can change my FSB tho to 444 MHz and it would run fine but any higher will crash...but it only shows 2.70ghz in the bios setting...

heres the temperature...its normal on idle without doing anything
and heres after i did couple races on nittolegends..
