Medal of Honor Airborne Install Error

Stop: C000021a{Fatal System Error} The Windows subsystem system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x7c9106c3 0x0069da18) The system has been shut down. I have no AGEIA physX files on my computer whatsoever. I reverted back to a version of my Nvidia drivers that do not include PhysX in the graphics drivers all ready. I do not know what is wrong with this game, I've tried everything it seems like. I've read tons of forums and followed everyones instructions but I think they are missing something. Hopefully you guys can help me out. I put the disc in and try to run the install and the system automatically restarts. Please HELP - please email me back at Nekimoto@writing.com

My system specs are 9800 GTX @ stock, Am2 Athlon 4200 X 2 @ stock 2.2 ghz, 2 gb Corsair Ram @ 800 Mhz, M2n4 SLI motherboard, Onboard Realtek Sound, Windows XP 32 Bit.

i had a little problem installing airborne myself, the only way i was able to reinstall this game was when a virus hit my rig hard and i was forced to do a reformat.
