You will probably have to turn down the settings a lot on Crysis (From what I hear it has high requirements but I've never owned the game).
It looks as if you are building a budget system.
Good choice on the new HD4670 graphics card.
Have you considered getting a 790GX motherboard instead like these.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010200022%20107191003%201071942103&name=AMD%20790GX

One thing good about these motherboards is that they have the new 750 SB plus later on you could run 2 HD 4670 cards in crossfire later on unlike that ECS board. Also many of these 790GX motherboards should support the upcoming AM2+ 3.0Ghz and 2.8 Ghz Deneb CPU's (These are not the later AM3 Phenom FX CPU's) should you decide to later upgrade your CPU.
I like having that ability even if I decide later on that upgrading is not cost effective because the possibility is open on CPU upgrades and upgrading could be worthwhile.

When building a new system I tend never to skimp on getting a better quality reliable motherboard (It's good to read reviews before buying) and a good reliable power supply. The case doesn't have to be expensive but it has to have decent airflow and allow for multiple air cooling fans.

It's great to have a reliable system with good components.I would recommend a reliable quality 650 watt power supply even if you don't need it now. That way you would have plenty of power in case you wanted a higher TDP CPU or decided to get a 790GX board and run 2 HD4670 cards in crossfire for higher frame rates.
You might also consider this CPU instead for a little more cash.

Myself I would spend a little more money.
Also I like this hard drive better.

Going for a inexpensive or even used CRT is fine.
You can pick up a used 17 inch CRT for around $25 to $35 from a computer surplus store. Many people are getting rid of them so it's quite possible to also get one for free from a neighbor or a friend.

This is clearly two pre-built systems.
If you need to go this route use a major company like Dell or HP, with a good service policy and warranty.
Some of these parts are quite cheap, as listed, and prone to failure... don't buy either computer unless it's from a reputable dealer.

The two systems are pretty much the same, but get the LCD to save a little space.

I'd go with the Brisbane, cheaper on your energy bill. Not a big difference between the two, except the Brisbane will run cooler/take up less power.

We don't have HP or Dell in our country. but how prone to failure this computer can be, is it because of the generic PSU? can a cooler master EX 380w or HEC 400watts Raptor Power a better choice ?

i saw this 5400+ X2 Brisbane, is it a big improvement over 5000+ x2 and 5200+ brisbane and what memory is compatible with this processor Kingston 800 DDR2 or 667 DDR2?

Brisbane's are compatible with all DDR2. Motherboard is what needs checking for that, and.... from what I can see on the 740G's, they support DDR2 800. So both will work, but the DDR2 800 is better (faster), and the cost difference should be negligible.

my budget is limited to $400-$500, iX2 is better than X3 in games right? but what if the game support multiple core?what is more future proof X3 phenom 8450 or Brisbane 5400+

the X2 5400+ ....

2800MHz / 7(AMD memory divisor) = 400MHz x 2('double-pumped') = 800MHz ram speed

The X2 5200+ and X2 5000+ also use the ""7"" memory divisor at 2.6GHz

2600MHz / 7 = 371MHz x 2 = 742MHz ram speed

The one qualifier I will add is that if you choose the 5200+/5000+ (maybe because they are less expensive?) if you drop the HT to 4x and increase the AMD clock to 215MHz your ram speed will be 800MHz at 2.8GHz (215MHz clock x 13 cpu multi)
