I have CPU - Intel E6750, MB - ASUS P5QL PRO , Chieftec 600W Full , Sapphire 4890 1GB Vapor-x. I want to oc my cpu to safe clocks.I have stock cooling. In this sunny and hot days my cpu have 46 C on idle.

is 46C your core temp or no. and what program you use to monitor that, because it can be inaccurate

i had my e6750 @ 3.4ghz w\ stock cooler w\ load temps of around 52-55c

I got a Xigmatek AIO and now @ 3.4 it idles @ 26-27 and load temps are 40-42.
