I'm putting together a new pc and I was wondering if i could get some pro help

Here's what I was thinking of getting:

Mobo: S775 GIGA GA-EP45-DS3L P45 PCIE
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Processor
Graphic Card: Visiontek Radeon HD 4850 Video Card - 512MB
Hardrive: Western Digital Caviar SE16 750GB
PSU: PC Power & Cooling / Silencer / 750-Watt
Ram: 2 sticks of DDR2 1g Corsair
Case: Apevia Black/Black X-Plorer ATX Mid-Tower Case with Clear Side, Fan Controller, Front USB and Firewire Port

Didn't pick out a cooler yet

Help much appreciated, thanks in advance =D

Since you're buying a real PSU (the PC P&C), I assume you will be deep-sixing the Apevia one? They're on tier-5, and probably not to be trusted for any more than half their stated rating.

I would actually go with 2 x smaller hard disks (one for windows, one for games)

Also, for a single 4850 I think the $55 Corsair 450vx would be fine, or even the $75 650 or 550:

This is the best cooler for the money:

More secure bracket:

Thanks for that, I'll probably get that cooler.

Oh and I was wondering whether I should stick to my current choice or choose a Asus p5q instead, or even that insane Asus Rampage Formula.
I plan on doing some moderate/heavy gaming on this pc, wouldn't want the mobo to fail on me >.>

Thx again ~

edit: scratch the PSU, I think I'll save myself some money and keep my current PSU. It's a Rocketfish 700 W that I got on special. Not the greatest PSU out there, but for 90$ I think it was a good deal.
