yes actually its true, since 2 8800 GTs actually take on 1 280 GTX lol

Look at this, the 9600 GT in sli beats 1 280 GTX and 4870, and we all kno that the 8800 GT is a stronger card than the 9600 GT:)

And here we see the 8800 GT in sli losing slightly to the 280 GTX, but winning against the 4870:)

My head is spinning because of all the literature on the 9800x2, 4870, 8800gt, 280, and 260. Take away Crysis, what would be the best setup? I don't want the power company to buy me dinner but including SLI and Crossfire and not including it, what would be a good setup for the highest framerates (and keep FSX happy) and is anything coming soon (as in the next few months) that I should look for? I was also lookign at the E8500 but I see the E8600 is out...more headaches lol

oi mike dont get teh E8500...its like $100 more than the 8400 and its wat .16 of a GHz faster?? you could overclock the E8400 to 3.6 without a voltage change much less a measly .16!! dont waste ya money :pfff:
