I'm running Vista 64-bit and i want to do the fix where i can lower my temps to 40 degrees C or lower, and possibly overclock after the fan speed is increased, however, when i create a profile in CCC, i can't find it in the user thing, what do i do exactly? I looked at the other threads and i can't get it to work, is it different with 64-bit vista?

You have to be able to see all hidden files. Press ALT -> Go to Tools->Folder Options ->View->Show Hidden Files and Folders -> Apply.
Then go to : C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\ATI\ACE\Profiles\<profile created> .XML and do the fix like on the website : http://www.xtremesystems.org/forum [...] ostcount=1
