i wanna ask if there are any "Overclocking programs" because i cant overclock via bios dont know if it is blocked or something :(

My specs .MS-7293 VP, Geforce 7650gs, 1gb ddr2 ram, intel e4300.... yes i know crapy pc.. but other one broke with 8800gt and intel 6750.... :( rip xD.

Try ClockGen or SetFSB, they should recognize your motherboard. But if you have a AMD chipset try Overdrive and if you have a Nvidia chipset you could try nTune.
