Sony FW with WLAN, no LAN :(

Apparently I just purchased a SONY VAIO FW Series VGN-FW463J/H laptop, when I intended on purchasing a SONY VAIO FW Series VGN-FW463J/B

At first glance through the specifications, and through the pictures, there's absolutely NO difference between the two models except ONE was $1070 and the other was $999. Of course I picked the cheaper of the two. However today, being the curious guy that I am.. tried to find out EXACTLY why these two identical laptops have two different prices.. Well in short, the model H has no LAN ethernet port. It's all wireless. I was under the assumption that every laptop that has EVER been made has had an ethernet port. I couldn't believe it when I read a review that said it was JUST wireless, i thought the guy was insane and had no idea what he was talking about. BUT, he was right. This laptop has just WLAN.

So the big question is, can this be easily remedied? can I just buy a network card with LAN connectivity? or maybe a USB adapter? Or do you think newegg would allow an exchange for the model B if I throw 70 bucks at them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
