SPDIF not on motherboard

I have just got a MSI N966GT Graphics card with HDMI support with audio option however the cable that comes with the board is an analogue SPDIF cable and I do not have a specified output on the board I have a HD Audio section and normal Audio plugs. I would like to use this without the purchase of a sound card Motherboard is Intel DG33TL
