Need information about esata cable for hdd

Hi,
I was planning to buy Seagate Freeagent Xtreme 2TB external hard disk. It is supposed to support the esata connection between my laptop and the hdd @480MBps. Now, its time to think about the esata cable. I was wondering whether it comes under Sata-I or Sata-II category. If any of them, then which brand is the best for the high performance.price doesn't matter, but i need the highest quality.
