Buying a computer off ebay just scares me...I would suggest building one (I'm a noob and I still was able to do it without any problems).

What kind of games did you have in mind?

I am assuming you want just a tower, not a monitor ect. To be completely honest this is a great righ for your price range:

You will be able to upgrade it at some point if you want, unlike a dell. Also if you are not comfortable putting parts together, it is already done for you. Don't ever buy computer components from ebay... EVER! Granted this this rig I posted is not even a mid range build, it MAY suit your needs. what games do you play?

looks alright but im probably going to install xp over vista tho. I was planning to get a 8800GTX and put it in. Honestly im trying to get it to play most games costing as little as possible, AOC crysis, etc

also a monitor would be nice if someone knows where to get a good deal on one
