How do i format my dell laptop in pendrive

Stop me if I'm guessing wrong here but are you seeking to install Windows 7 from a flash drive because your laptop or netbook doesn't have a CD/DVD ROM?

If you are, you need to put an ISO on the flash drive along with everything off the W7 DVD - might fit on an 8Gb but it's far easier and quite cheap to buy an external USB CD/DVD ROM. Sooner or later you'll wish you had one to install other software or to repair W7 when it falls over.
