Installation of Webcam

Hello, I have my webcam Microsoft.
I have entered my disc Microsoft 2009 Life Cam 3.0 Webcam software.I have read all the information and terms. My answer. Setup cannot contiue because the download file was not digitally signed by Microsoft. Please try later. I have tried so many times and given up! Please help

turn off the anti virus, install the software, restart the computer and turn the anti virus back on.
If you have multiple security programs installed you will need to turn them all off or delete them before installing software.
