So first I'll give you a detailed hardware list.

Gigabyte P43ds3l 1.0 bios (will qflash to 1.8 as soon as I get a flash drive)
Pentium DC E5200 @2.88ghz (until I update bios)
Sunbeamtech hsf
2gb Super Talent DDR2 667 @400mhz? :bounce: 5 6 6 18? :bounce: (supposed to be 5 5 5 15 stock)
XFX 9600GT stock
110gb seagate
Windows XP SP3
500W Rosewill stallion

My current settings in the bios are 240mz fsb, stock voltages on everything, all memory settings on auto and yet the RAM is never running at stock timings and frequency. More to the point here's what cpuz says.

On another note i bought this cpu to overclock it to 3.5 ghz. I tried to get it to 3.0 easy by jumping the core voltage to 1.35 with the fsb at 300 and multi at 10 but xp got unstable (bsods etc.) other than core voltage what else do I have to change.

Any tips? I'm new to overclocking and all my friends use nforce boards so they aren't much help. Thx!

So I updated my bios to F8 and the memory timings are now fine and my cpu has a 12.5 multiplier (so now its running at 3.0ghz) on the cpu. Prime 95 and Orthos both fail due to a rounding error. 3dmark and superpi both run fine. Crysis warhead and cod4 have both had no problems. Any input would be appreciated. Seriously ANY input.
