ok so looks pritty good but and yes there is a but....

in the price point you might want to look at AMD i know they are behind but that is mainly in the 150+ area i would take a look at the 5000+ black hand. i have seen it out preform a C2D 6400. i am just about to build an intel system so please don't think i am a fan boy but it is something to look at. if you just love intel you can't lose either way...

my only other thing is raidmax PSU don't have that great of a reputation. so hear is what i would suggest.

run the CPU on the stock cooler for now it will be just fine. then get case without a built in PSU like... the antec 300 which is like 60 bucks then get a corsair 450watt it will handle all that stuff just fine. you would probably total
just a few dollars more but trust me if your PSU breaks it tends to take other stuff with it.

hope this helps

I would worry about the RAIDMAX psu as well. I know they are biased, but corsair has videos of a "generic" 450w PSU (pretty well known to be raidmax on the interwebs) exploding at 75% load.

Spend a bit extra and get an antec sonata III (with highly regarded 500w earthwatts psu) with a 2 slot gfx card that exhausts outside the case.
