Hi, I have the same cpu but different motherboard. i will take a picture for you and post it here so you can look at voltages and other settings. Also you should NOT be using that fan that came with your motherboard if you are going to OC....that can cause serious temp problems lol.

Ok as i promised, here are my bios pictures. This system is 12+hr prime 95 stable and i ran intel burn test on it 40 times at maximum settings. Hope this helps you, read all the data carefully it has all the info and settings. You might have a different Mb than me but this will help you determine the voltages and speeds that you can use. Also my cpu voltage in bios shows as 1.31 but in windows it is actually 1.27.

I want to thank graysky for his newbie tutorial for oc but in the bios, i am having problems to identify and set the settings for this page... i got 8gb ddr2 800 ram 
what do i need to set these settings?
in the bios i'm also seeing some other options which i cannot understand whats their function such as:
- STRAP FSB TO MCH
- DRAM VREF INCREMENT
- SB 1.1V VOLTAGE
- PLL VOLTAGE
As allready listed, my mobo is arsock p45xe v 1.0
