Hi, i just overclocked my q9550 to 4.04 ghz. Its rock stable as i ran intel burn test and prime 95 to make sure. This will not be my 24/7 oc as i don't see the benefit of it other then running benchmarks. I scored 20457, i am just wondering if this sounds right for my setup. this is with a single gpu. I can take this processor up to 4.4ghz without much effort but i dont want to push it. The cpu volts are 1.35 in bios but 1.31 according to CPU-z.

my setup
cpu = q9550 @ 4.04ghz
mem = 471 x 2--2gb
vid card = gtx 285 (665/1565/1355) = mem/shader/core

Also look at my max temps using real temp, i am using a big watercooling setup just for the CPU. My max temp under intel burn test maximum setting was at 55C

Hi, lol yeah 4ryan6 the gtx 285 has a lot of power, but i have seen most people who run benchmarks use ati. Also the gtx 285 has a lot of overclocking potential, i overclocked mine a few Mhz just to get some extra score lol. you might wanna check out bestbuy sometime, i picked up my video card (gtx 285) from there for about 200$ BIN.

thanks

There is some program named "AIDA 32" which looks exactly the same as everest.It was an old and outdated version.

It also showed my Duo E7300 as Pentium III 2.6Ghz.

And the hardware specs info in Prince Of Persia(warrior within and Two thrones) also showed it Pentium III.

My GPU is running at stock settings it also has some headroom, so BestBuy actually had a GTX285 on their store shelves??? Thats amazing !

LOL :lol: You have the baddest Pentium III on the planet, has to be a system info reading glitch of some kind with the software.

Futuremark had released a system information update patch for all their benchmarking software, have you installed the update?
