I have a GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 MB and a Intel core duo 6600 cpu. I am not good enough to try to overclock without some help.
So if anyone can help, it would be appreciated

Thanks. Got it running at 3.0 for now but it resets back to 2.4 after sometime.

^ Thats because of SpeedStep or C1E, disable it and it should run at 3GHz all the time
