Getting unusually high idle + load temperatures

I just finished building my computer and I'm getting unusually high temperatures for some reason...

(Ambient is 22C)
Idle:
Core #0 40
Core #1 39
Core #2 37
Core #3 34
Load:
Core #0 70
Core #1 68
Core #2 64
Core #3 60

I have:
Q6600 (not OCed)
Tuniq Tower 120
Raidmax Aztec


There's a picture of my setup if it helps. Anyone have a clue why my temps. are so high??? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

idle seems fine, not sure why load is causing it to go up to 70degC, but then again you have a passive heatsink
