I'm upgrading to a new card (260GTX) from my 9800GTX and I was wanting to know if I needed a new PSU. I've even had people say my current psu doesn't have enough amps on the rails for my 9800GTX. I thought I had 33A with the combined rails but I've been told I only have 17A as the other rail is being used for my cpu. Here's my current PSU I would just feel safer with a third opinion on the matter.

Unless you have 3 HDs, 8 fans, 2 burners, huge overclock, sound card etc. You should be fine, i'd run it if it was my system.

Yeah, but what about the amps on the 12v rail? Does the 12v1 and the 12v2 add up to make 33A or are they seperate I.E. I'm running my 9800GTX on 17A overclocked when the minimum for stock is 22A
