That is very close, and it may well bottleneck on the Sempron CPU. If you plan to upgrade to an x2 5000 or higher, you would be better to get a good quality 450W PSU.

oh by the way just wanna ask if my PSU could handle the viceo card... but im also planning of upgrading my processor but i think it would be on xmas or next year though...
