Here is my issue. All I want to do is run my memory at 1066. Right now it's at ddr 800. I don't want to overclock the CPU (e8400). When I set the jumper settings according to the manual, my system will not post.
The setting I used:
FSB1: 1-2
FSB2: 1-2
FSB3: 2-3
Am I doing something wrong?

Check page 32.
You need to manually set the RAM speed, voltage and timings in the BIOS.

Thank your for your G.Skill purchase and review. The JEDEC standard for most motherboards is DDR2-800, so anything above that will need to be manually configured in BIOS. As a result, memory frequency must be manually set to 1066. Memory Timings should be manually set to tCL 5 - tRCD 5 - tRP 5 - tRAS 15 - CMD 2 2. Lastly, but most importantly, DRAM memory voltage needs to be set to 2.1V since the default is 1.8V. Once completed, the computer is properly configured and optimized for this memory package. If you have any further questions or issues with your memory, please feel free to contact us and we will be more than glad to assist you.
In BIOS under Advanced/Chipset Configuration
DRAM Frequency: 533MHZ (Your RAM is DDR (Double Data Rate), this will actually set it to 1066MHZ)
DRAM tCL: 5
DRAM tRCD: 5
DRAM tRP: 5
DRAM tRAS: 15
DRAM Voltage: 2.086v (change to 2.144v if you have any instabilities)
