Accessing/hacking someone's pc without internet?

Hi,
I have a laptop that I store all my personal information in, and I never connect this laptop to the internet, and the wifi switch is always off. The last time it was connected to the internet was around 2 years ago but from then till now it never has been. We were talking about computer security at work, and this guy said that he can easily access the files on this laptop as long as he knows where I live. Even if I dont connect it to the internet anymore. Can this really be done? I would really appreciate some feedback. Thanks to anyone who replies.

If he knows where you live, drive to house, break down door, get laptop.

The guy meant he can do it without physical access to my laptop, so stealing it wasnt what he was referring to. Thanks anyway

Without physical access to the laptop he can't access the files. Ask him to prove it.

If your laptop is not on any sort of connection, there is no way to connect to it. If your wifi was on he may be able to do a scan and find it, but without it, nothing.

There's no way he can without an active network connection. Call him out on it.
