I really need help with something here.

On the face of it it seems like it shouldn't be that much of a problem but it is.

Basically I have a computer that, apart from the graphcs card and monitor, is about five years old. It still works fine so I don't need to get a new one for a few years. I'm doing a format and reinstall though and want to know what version all the very latest drivers are for my componants. That's where the trouble starts. The graphics card is easy as I just go to nvidia.com and select my card serries and it tells me what driver i need to download.
I am having a huge problem in finding what the latest driver is for my motherboard and sound card though. I know this sounds silly as you might think i could just go to the manufacturers site and search but actually it doesn't work. Here is the case of each.

1. Motherboard: Msi nVidia K7N2-L (MS-6570) (nFORCE) ATX

I could use 'live update' on the Msi site to flash the bios for an update but if i search the Msi site for the latest 'driver' for my motherboard then it says it's downloading it but nothing happens and the 'alternative' link is dead. (it says the latest driver is something like mid 2007 but it doesnt mention the version number).
I also go to the nvidia site but i can't find it there either. I searched google but still can't find what the 'latest' version is.

2. Sound card: Creative Sound Blaster Live 5.1 (Asian special edition)

This sound card is about five years old so the main 'creative' site doesn't list older product stuff in an easily accesable way. Also, i live in Korea so my sound card is designated 'Asian Special Editin'. That means i have to find the driver to fit that exact model.

I can find drivers online but the problem is that i have no way of knowing if they are the latest ones. It's a real headache. Hope someone can help.
