If bad sectors are recovered, is hard drive ok?

I realized I had been getting multiple disk errors the past couple of days. I ran HardDrive Regenerator from a bootable Hiren's disc. The program found and recovered 8 bad sectors. Is the hard drive ok now? What are the chances this will happen again? I have backed up all my important data, just really dont want to spend the money on a new hard drive here.

Thanks

The program probably recovered the data from the bad sectors and marked those sectors as unusable. I would run a scan at least 1 a week for a month to check for new bad sectors. If you don't get any new ones then I would say your ok. If every scan finds new bad sectors then I would by a new drive and only use the old one for storage of non-critical files.
