intel or amd

hey I'm upgrading from a socket 939 amd athlon 64 3500+ pos
I have a pci e video card and ram also a case and a 430watt psu.
I want to get something cheap for now I'm low on funds.
right now i'm looking at either an

amd x2 5200+ or intel e2200
or
intel e2180 or the amd x2 4800

I'm in sweden so I can only choose from a few boards, these where the best i could find.
I can't shop at newegg or any other shops than www.komplett.se and www.inet.se

1. What is the intended use of the new computer?
2. What case/PSU/Video card do you currently have?
3. What is your budget for the build (you said it was low budget, but some numbers help)?

well i just found out my psu is bad it killed two of my hds..
now im thinking more of getting an amd 5200+ with a gigabyte ga-ma770

but im still open to the intel e2200 i just need a board comparable to the gigabyte and in the same price range.
I intend to do some gaming and internet..
my budget is about 1800 sek on those websites.
