Jus bought a ATI 4870 512mb (Gainward) and I'm getting no display signal at all on either of my monitors.

I've tried; re-seating, using different PCI slots, different cable (including the adapter supplied), different DVI slots

Of note, one of the 4 red lights on te card isn't lighting up. I take it these are for power problems? (Should've have issues considering the wattage of the psu)

I have a corsair 750w PSU and a MSI K9A2 Premium mobo

Any help would be greatly appreaited

Well how else do they go in? I mean they're designed to go in one way and both cables I've forced in as far as they can go (the clip on the top of each cable end clips on to the card fully)

Yeah, by the way, I tried googling for those red lights and this is all I came up with:

There are four LED's on the 4870/4850. I'm not sure what the order is per card but here are descriptions of each:

D1601 - Shows overheating

D1602 - Power connector #1 removed

D1603 - Power connector #2 removed

D1604 - GPU fail

I had the same problem with my 4870. I don't think it is the card...For me it was a bad mobo.

RMA by the way means to return something basically
