Reinstalling network driver

Hello,
I recently bought a Dell Optiplex gx 620 from work. They wiped the computer clean and I cant connect to the internet because I'm missing some drivers. My questions is how do I reinstall drivers from the website, if I can't connect to the internet? Please advice.

Use another computer, download the files to a thumb drive or burn them to a CD/DVD.
