I hasve a X1950XT ATI. I used the Overdrive option in the CCC (catylst control center) for a few games. All the sudden, the overdrive option in the graphic's settings is gone! There two days ago. Didn't change anything that I can think of.
I tried a system restore-no go!
I have to be missing something!
I read that ATI Smart had to be started in services for it to work. But when I try to start it I get a message that it will not start because some services that have no work to do will shut off (or not start in this case), so I need to learn more about that, but I am dubious that it is the problem.

Any ideas?

Could be either Zonealarm or ATI Hotkey Poller service not enabled in Windows.

I dont use ZA and just turned on the ATI Hotkey Poller service. And its still not there.
