Can anyone give me suggestions on a small PC case for a budget build?

I heard that INWIN makes good stuff but I want opinions from other people.

If you know a good budget build non-gaming PC case please post a link to it.

I am interested. With or with out a Power Supply. Does not matter.

Something like this delivers good cooling in a small package.

If you're purely looking for low cost, and don't really need the small size, consider using a normal midtower. Mini cases are actually more expensive overall than mid towers. One is mainstream, the other is not.

The GT3 Case is pretty cool. unlike all other small PC cases, it supports full size(ATX) motherboards.... and its pretty cool design as well

When you say small pc case, do you mean a micro-atx or small form factor (sff) case? Will you be using a standard atx or a micro-atx motherboard? Are you going to be using a short or a long video card? Are you going to use a stock cpu cooler or a tall tower style cpu heatsink? All of that information makes a difference in case selection.
