Please help

My cpu finally went down last night after 7 years.
Just a the moment i cannot not afford a new system, so i am wondering will a
Gigabyte GA-81RXP mobo {which i already have } be compatible with a Intel P4 3.20e 800fsb 1mb cpu or a INTEL PENTIUM 4 2.80GHz 800FSB 512K cpu.
My previous setup was a Gigabyte GA-81RXP mobo {which i already have } with a Intel P4 2.0ghz 400fsb cpu.
