I really have no idea wtf is going on- My hardware is:

EVGA 750i SLi FTW (Pencil modded for vdroop)
C2Q Q6600 G0 2.4Ghz (lapped) w/ Stock Cooling (lapped) (AC Freezer 7 Pro on route via UPS)
G.Skill 1Ght(x3) DDR2-1066 PC8500 [5.5.5.15.2T@2.1v] (#4 stick is in RMA process atm)

After looking over several posts in the EVGA forums, I read that I should be able to safely and easily OC by 20% from Linked 1066 to 1333. They said for such a small OC I should have no issues just leaving the voltage on [Auto]. However it will not POST past the Memory Test above 1087Mhz.

If I unlink, leave RAM FSB @ 1066, and CPU FSB @ 1333 (again w/ auto volts) it'll post fine. Although prime95 closes (no error, no crash) on me after 20mins. Also MemTest86+ v25.6 will pass the memory/fsb @ 1066 w/ those settings. Should I losen them for the OC? Add voltage above 2.1?

Suggestions? Assistance w/ manual volts on my OC? Thanks a bunch everyone. You ppl are amazing.

Man... i have had problems with overclocking ram on nvidia chipsets. Id just say dont do it.

Why do you even want to overclock it?

IT doesnt offer much of an improvment.

I doubt youll get the ram running 1333, buy ram thats rated for it or give up.

The voltage is already high just to run @ 1066.

Go read the stickys.
