Anyone else got a Phenom 2 X4 955 Black edition, what overclock do you have, and what settings do are you using, I have 250*15.5

ok I have a Gigabyte MA780G-UD3H and a phenom II Z4 955, I have a zalman 9000 CPU coller and a generic powersupply, I am at egferything stock in the BIOS and getting near 55-60 degrees on idle

if you got 60c idle then dont even think of oc.

yea, you need to monitor all your temps with this :

open the program and check all your temps, write down the temps, or take a screenshot and post it here.....

If you want overclok change the power supply for a good one. Maybe, if you can, change the case for one more biger...full tower or mid tower... I have the same 955 and don't pass the 52...

how did u get urs to oc at 3.8 ghz just the cpu not ram or anything ???

thanks all for your suggestions its at 45 on idle and 55 on load, I have had to undervolt it to 1.20-1.25 depending on where you read, its at 3.6 GHz and thats all for the mean time
