I can understand Intel's architecture features, its not as complicated as AMD's.So I need a little help about AMD processors.
So if someone is willing to help, pls.
1.What is FSB at AMD?
2.What is HT link?
3.I have Asus K8N4-E SE Motherboard and AMD Athlon 64 3000+ and in cpu-z it says HT link is 800 MHz and in Motherboard user guide it says system bus is 1600 MT/s.What is system bus now?
4.At Intel a memory controler is in northbridge so it depends just on chipset what memory is supported, but at AMD memory controler is in CPU so if I want to buy AMD CPU should I look for dual channel memory support in CPU or Chipset or both?
AMD is so complicated.
