Way hot CPU. Is this normal?

Hey all. I have a Intel 1.6 celeron in my desktop pc, overclocked it to a 1.8GHz. I put on a bigger heat sink than the one i recieved with it and i have 2GB RAM. Regularly when i am busy, writing dvds etc. (stuff thats heavy on the memory) my cpu heats up to 100 degrees C, idle comes in at about 70-80 degrees, depending on room temperature. Is this normal or should i be concerned? I have 3 HDD's and 2 DVD writers though.

Thats way too hot man.
Nowhere near normal.
CPU's are not made to handle that much of heat(though GFX cards does).

Check whether the heatsink is seated properly or not.
