What ram is best?

I think I will be going for the:

I was wondering what ram is better for the better price. Here are some options, I would like to go Patriot because I heard great things about there ram.

I'm not a big fan of patriot, so I'm going to recommend some mushkin ram:

It runs at a lower voltage, with only slightly higher timings, and mushkin has been much more reliable than patriot for me.
